Formed in 2003, The Forest Group, LLC was created with a vision of providing housing to people across the United States. 

The Forest Group specializes in the development and financing of Tax Credit Affordable Housing, Market-Rate Rental, and For-Sale Condominiums and Townhomes. 

The Forest Group, LLC works closely with communities and stakeholders to provide conscientious developments that complement and enhance existing development and adhere to the community identity.
